To whom it may concern:
As a ten-year veteran of the marketing communications business, my top priority is customer service, regardless of the size of the job. Well, recently I met my match when it came to top-notch, highly professional customer service.
Since I own several computers varying in speed, agility and age, I was seeking a solution that would give me the ability to network them all together. I had tried to complete the project by myself to no avail. Ironically, that day I discovered a flier for KC Computing in the direct mail bin that I share with my neighbors. So, at approximately 10:45 p.m. on a Friday night I left a message and within 10 minutes who should call me, but the CEO Bill Kutkus wanting to know what I was in need of and ready to set up a consultation.
We met the next day and Bill quickly analyzed my situation, made a suggestion to implement a peer-to-peer local area network between my computers, and assisted me in getting the best deal possible for the parts. I have never received such excellent service from a computer company in my life and would recommend KC Computing highly.
