God bless our Firemen and women!

We are ok... a little scorched from the falling embers and ash, but we will recover. As you can see the barn was saved by the grace of God and the Amazing skill of some incredible pilots. There were 17 water/retardant dropping planes, hundreds of ground crews (of which I joined the ranks on Monday) who saved our barn from imminent destruction. Several of our neighbors lost their entire homes, barns and other buildings. During the fight on Monday I got to shake the hand of one of the courageous men who saved our neighborhood.
